Application Tips for Optimal Results

For best performance, ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and free from contaminants before application. Follow these steps to apply Beadcoat Ceramic Sealant effectively:

1. Wash the boat to remove dirt and debris.
2. Use an iron remover and clay bar process to eliminate above-surface contaminants.
3. Address below-surface paint imperfections with a DA Polish, such as Collinite’s No. 390.
4. Once the surface is clean and dry, spray 2 sprays of Beadcoat onto a 3×3 ft panel.
5. Using a microfiber towel, evenly wipe the panel until dry, switching towels as needed to prevent saturation.
6. Repeat the process on all painted surfaces and glass areas.

Note: This process is recommended if a base layer of Beadcoat has been previously applied.
