Installation Instructions
- Remove the end cover screws of your pump.
- Use a Jabsco Impeller Removal Tool or channel lock pliers to grip the hub of the impeller and remove it from the pump.
- Important: Do not use screwdrivers as they may damage the pump body or cause leaks, and can be hazardous in confined spaces.
- Grease new impellers before installation to facilitate easier fitting into the pump bore and provide added protection during the initial priming.
- After replacing the gasket and end cover, the pump is ready for use.
Always carry spare impellers on board to address emergencies promptly. The impeller is a vital component of the engine cooling system and should always be maintained with care.
