Advanced Stainless Steel Construction
Crafted from proprietary TP17™ stainless steel, the Express Mach3 OS propeller boasts a 20% higher chromium content than standard stainless steels, providing enhanced shine and superior corrosion resistance. This material is nearly 250% stronger and five times more durable than typical stainless steel, allowing for innovative designs that maximize your boat's performance.
Optimized Blade Geometry
Our engineers have refined the cup, leading and trailing edges, and the progressive rake to deliver a propeller that excels in various performance aspects. The aggressive blade geometry ensures excellent hole shot, which improves acceleration, while the design also enhances bow lift and cornering efficiency.
Enhanced Exhaust Flow
The large free-flowing exhaust ports in the propeller housings feature 40% more exhaust flow area compared to competitors. This increased flow reduces backpressure, potentially generating more horsepower and improving overall engine performance.
