The Story
The MultiPlus-II 24/3000 is a robust inverter/charger designed to meet the demanding power needs of marine and boating applications. Combining advanced features from the MultiPlus and MultiGrid series, it ensures reliable power management, seamless energy storage integration, and uninterrupted power supply for all your onboard electronics.
Key Features
PowerAssist
The MultiPlus-II intelligently manages power sources to prevent overloads on limited AC inputs such as generators or shore power connections. It automatically reduces battery charging when an overload is imminent and can boost the output of a generator or shore supply by drawing power from the battery, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
As a cornerstone of Victron's Energy Storage Systems, the MultiPlus-II offers unparalleled flexibility. It seamlessly integrates with MPPT Solar Chargers and Grid-tie PV Inverters, enabling optimal energy storage and usage tailored to your vessel's specific requirements.
Uninterrupted AC Power (UPS Function)
In the event of a grid failure or disconnection of shore or generator power, the built-in inverter activates within 20 milliseconds, maintaining a steady power supply to connected loads. This ensures that sensitive electronics and critical systems onboard continue to operate without interruption.
Remote Monitoring and Control
With the addition of a GX device, such as the Cerbo GX, you can monitor and control your MultiPlus-II locally via LAN or remotely through the internet using the free VRM app and VRM portal website. Access your system from any device, including phones, tablets, laptops, or PCs, and enjoy comprehensive control from adjusting settings to auto-starting a backup generator.
