At Life of Sailing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your maritime gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
